Honestly, I'm seriously worried about finding a good 3BHK in Rajkot for end-use. I've been looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone near Kalawad Road, but not sure if it's the right choice. My budget is around ₹70-80L. I'm trying to figure out if Ansal API projects tend to have more investors or actual families living there. Don't want to buy into a ghost building, you know? Also, what's their customer support like after booking? Heard some mixed reviews, and honestly, that scares me a bit. Should I consider other areas like Mota Mava too?

It's a tough market for first-time buyers, especially with a budget. Ansal Aastha might seem appealing price-wise, but the concerns about builder reputation and post-booking support are very real. I'd suggest visiting the site multiple times, talking to existing residents if possible, and also checking RERA status very carefully. Don't rush into it. Have you looked at any other projects in Mota Mava or near areas after all this feedback? What's your next step?
Mota Mava mein Om Residency ya Swarnim Heights dekh sakte ho, but 3BHK 80L mein thoda stretch ho sakta hai. Better quality aur community mil jaayegi. U13, check these out. U11
Bhai, Rajkot mein achha ghar milna mushkil ho gaya hai. Sab jagah prices high, ya builders ka issue.
Bhai, Ansal API se bachke raho. Delhi HQ hai, 1967 se hain, but their reputation has gone downhill drastically in the last decade. Bahut cases chal rahe hain delays aur quality issues ke. Don't risk your hard-earned money on a builder with a questionable track record. There are better local builders in Rajkot.
Exactly! Mere ek dost ne Ansal mein booking karayi thi, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai aur EMI bhi jaa rahi hai. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Bahut frustrating hai.
Dekho, Ansal ka naam sunke hi thoda doubt aata hai because of their past. Meri ek relative ne bhi Rajkot mein Ansal ke ek project mein invest kiya tha, aur abhi tak completion mein issues aa rahe hain. Instead of just focusing on Kalawad Road, you should definitely explore areas like Mota Mava. Even Krishna Kunj has some good societies, though finding a 3BHK in 70-80L might be a tight squeeze there now. But it's worth checking for better builder reputation and community.
Krishna Kunj mein 3BHK 80L mein thoda mushkil hai ab. Abhi market mein kaafi high demand hai, aur prices bhi badh gaye hain. But you might find some older societies ya fir thoda negotiate karna padega. Mota Mava still has some options.
Krishna Kunj mein kya rates chal rahe hain abhi for 3BHK? Is it possible within 80L?
I was also considering Ansal Aastha, the location seems decent for the price point. But the original poster's point about investor vs. end-user ratio is crucial. Can anyone shed light on that? It really makes a difference to the community feel. Is it more of a rental hub or actual families settling down?
Investor ratio Ansal mein thoda high rehta hai, I've heard. If you're looking for family-friendly, maybe check out Mota Mava or even some pockets in Krishna Kunj. Thoda stretch ho sakta hai budget, but peace of mind milegi.
Honestly, Ansal API ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My uncle booked a flat with them in NCR years ago, and possession was delayed by almost 4 years. Unki customer support team toh phone hi nahi uthati thi. They've been around since 1967, but their recent projects have had a lot of issues. Rajkot mein bhi similar problems ho sakti hain. End-user ratio se zyada, timely possession and quality pe focus karo.

Ansal API? Bhai, unka track record toh bahut poor hai. Careful rehna.
Yaar, same pinch! Meri bhi yahi budget hai aur Ansal Aastha maine bhi dekha hai. Investor-heavy projects ka darr toh mujhe bhi hai. Kalawad Road side bahut development ho raha hai, but Ansal ka customer support kaafi sunne mein aaya hai ki theek nahi rehta. Bahut confusion hai.
