My Rajkot flat: possession was just the start

₹65 lakh for a 2BHK on Kalawad Road seemed like a good deal last year, especially with the AIIMS project nearby. After months of searching, I finally got possession of my Ansal Aastha Mig Zone flat in March. Honestly, I'm already seeing some finishing issues. Walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain, aur kitchen sink ke paas light seepage bhi hai. Builder se complain kiya hai, but customer support ka response bahut slow hai. Phone uthate nahi, ya phir 'we'll get back to you' bolke chhod dete hain. Not sure if yeh normal hai after moving in? Kya Ansal API ki construction quality generally aisi hi hoti hai? Other residents, what's your first-hand experience? Should I push harder or is this common for new flats?
