My Rajkot home loan: Builder's bank making it tough

My home loan pre-approval expired last week and honestly, I'm so frustrated with this whole process. Ansal API at Krishna Kunj was pushing their 'partner bank' saying it’s the easiest. But ab toh har din naya paperwork maang rahe hain, aur the ROI bhi badal diya hai last minute after all the initial talks! My parents keep saying I should've gone with a nationalized bank, not some private one the builder pushed. I had no idea loan processing itna headache ho sakta hai. Is this normal with builders in Rajkot? Kaun se bank ne aapko best interest rate aur quick approval diya hai? Should I just switch banks now, ya builder ke pressure mein stick karoon? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karoon.
