Krishna Kunj area mein property dekhte hue, Ansal API ke payment plans kaafi interesting lage. I'm trying to figure out ki construction-linked plan (CLP) aur up-front down payment mein se investor ke liye kya better hai. My last two properties mein toh mostly CLP hi liya tha, cash flow manage karna easy rehta hai. But Rajkot mein, especially for a 2BHK in 50-60L range, kya straight down payment se koi negotiation leverage milta hai? Builder ka interest cost bach jaata hai toh maybe they pass on some discount, right? Ya phir CLP mein bhi ache discounts mil jaate hain agar construction slow ho? Total cost of acquisition pe kya farak padta hai? Rajkot market mein kaafi variation hai, so any experiences?
