Is the rental market for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone really as strong as agents claim? I just got possession of my 2BHK here last month, bought it around ₹29.8 L for investment, thinking about the long game. Honestly, finding good tenants is proving tougher than I thought. What kind of rental yield are others actually seeing here? My budget was around this range, and I was hoping for decent capital appreciation too. I'm wondering about the resale potential too. Is there an active secondary market for these flats, or will it be hard to offload in 5-7 years? Anyone seen price movement since these were completed a while back? Just trying to gauge the real ROI from folks who've been here longer.
