Did a site visit to Ansal API's project near Krishna Kunj last Saturday. They're quoting around ₹78L for a 3BHK, but I know that's not the final number. I'm wondering how much wiggle room there really is for negotiation in Rajkot now. Also, what hidden charges should I watch out for beyond PLC and parking? Is it better to go direct or through a channel partner for a better deal?
