Upgrading from a 2BHK feels like a huge jump right now. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Is the completed project genuinely good to live in daily? What was the possession experience like? Are amenities actually useful?

Bhai, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ki baat chal rahi hai? Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur Rajkot mein ghar dekh raha hoon. Price range toh theek lag raha hai ₹29-30L for a 2BHK. But is it really worth it? Completed project hai, but daily life mein koi issue toh nahi aata na? Possession experience kaisa tha for others?
