RERA registration for Noida Extension projects often feels like a checkbox, not real protection. Totally agree with your RERA point, U1! Noida Extension mein bahut builders ne aise hi loopholes use kiye hain. Mera ek dost Alpha II mein fas gaya tha aise hi ek project mein. RERA complaint file ki thi, but results aane mein saalon lag jaate hain, aur tab tak mental peace khatam.
Bhai, UTC Constructions ka toh track record almost zero hai. Propmyna pe bhi dekha tha, inke total projects 0 dikha raha hai. Aise builders se bach ke raho, RERA website pe bas registration number milta hai, actual work ka status unreliable ho sakta hai.
