Does price negotiation actually work in Faridabad for new projects, ya sirf dikhawa hai? I'm in real estate myself, but buying for my own investment feels different. Looking at a 3BHK in Sector 35, builder quoted ₹1.2 Cr, but they're hardly budging. My budget is ₹1.1 Cr. I know builders claim 'no-negotiation policy', but market mein kuch toh room hota hai na? Also, secondary market mein Goyal Estate Agency jaise brokers ke through kitna negotiate kar sakte hain? I'm eyeing a resale flat near Delhi-Mumbai Expressway for better ROI. Direct builder se better deal milti hai ya resale broker se? What's your honest experience with getting real discounts here?
