Okay, I'll be honest — I thought being in real estate would make my own purchase easy, but it's not. I'm looking at GLS Avenue 51 and Signature Global Proxima on Dwarka Expressway. Both look good on paper, but I'm worried about the builder's financial stability. Kya pata project beech mein ruk jaaye? Also, for bank loans, which one is generally smoother to get approvals for? I'm an end-user, so resale value matters, but I want to avoid projects with too many investors. Any actual buyer experience on this? Especially from people who bought in these specific projects? Thoda insider info chahiye.

Bhai, GLS Infra ka toh koi track record hi nahi hai. Zero projects hain inke. Kaise bharosa karein apni life savings ka? Bahut risky lag raha hai mujhe toh.

Exactly! Meri bhi yahi concern hai. Bank loans ke liye bhi aise builders ko approve karna mushkil hota hai. Meri ek friend ka loan अटक गया था because builder was new, unhone extra documents maange. Isliye tension badh jaati hai.
