Honestly, working in real estate doesn't make buying your own place any easier. I'm eyeing Silverglades The Ivy, Golf Course Road, for a 3BHK, budget ₹2.5 Cr. Builder ki construction quality kaisi hai post-possession? Cracks, seepage issues kitne common hain? Customer support after booking ka kya scene hai? Phone uthate hain ya sirf sales tak theek rehte hain? Post-possession maintenance charges reasonable hain ya extortion? Actual residents ya channel partners, please share real experiences. Thanks!

Totally get what you mean, yaar. It's like sabko pata hai kya chal raha hai market mein, but apne liye deal pakadna mushkil hai. Builder ka track record kaisa hai overall for Silverglades? That's the first thing I'd check for a 2.5 Cr budget.
