My property search for an investment flat has been going on for months while I'm based in Dubai. I'm looking at places in Vasant Kunj or Dwarka, mainly for rental income. But honestly, with property prices climbing, is the rental yield for landlords still making sense in Delhi? I hear it's 2-4%... that feels low. Also, since I can't do site inspections myself, I'll need a property manager. How much do brokers charge for finding tenants and ongoing management? Can you even rent directly from landlords or do brokers gatekeep everything?

Totally feel you! I was looking at Dwarka too, but the numbers just don't add up. After maintenance and property tax, that 2-4% becomes even lower. It's a real struggle to find something profitable. Seems like appreciation is the only hope.
Bhai, 2-4% rental yield toh bohot kam hai, especially for Delhi. Investment ka point kya hua agar itna low return hai?
