Kitne log builder ka legal track record actually verify karte hain before investing in Gurgaon? I just bought a 3BHK near Dwarka Expressway, aur RERA compliance check karna bohot headache tha. Signature Global Proxima jaise projects mein bhi, RERA site pe details check karte time, project ki land ownership history aur encumbrance certificate kaafi important hote hain. Is it just me, ya builder ka past legal issues ka data online easily available nahi hota? My biggest worry was a clear title, warna exit options mein problem aati hai. Most people just see the RERA number, but documents ke andar kya hai, woh kaun dekhta hai? Especially for a ₹1.8 Cr investment, this is critical. Any tips on proper title verification jo log miss karte hain, ya builder-buyer agreement mein red flags kaise spot karein?

Bhai, Signature Global ka track record utna clean bhi nahi hai. They started in 2014, but I've heard stories about possession delays in their affordable housing projects. My cousin booked in their project near Airport Road, and the possession date got pushed twice. Dwarka Exp pe toh rates
