My RERA experience: Is it just for show, or am I missing something?

Builder ka legal track record check karna is so crucial, I wish I'd focused on it more before buying in Shiv Krishna Valley. Just moved in last month, and possession was already 8 months late. RERA registration toh tha, but dealing with the delays and getting genuine updates was a nightmare. Honestly, is the RERA complaints process actually effective, ya bas paperwork hai mostly? Not sure if I missed some red flags during my due diligence. Has anyone else faced this?
