Possession of Revell Orchid Phase V was an absolute nightmare. The clubhouse promised is still just a shell, and the 'swimming pool' is a puddle. Maintenance charges hit ₹4500 last month for basically nothing usable. Honestly, what am I paying for? Did anyone else face this with Revell Orchid, or what did you do?

Haan, jaise U2 ne pucha, builders sometimes give 'fit-out' possession or even early possession of units but delay common areas. Mera ek friend Akurdi mein hai, uske project mein bhi same hua tha. Unit hand over kar diya par society formation, amenities sab pending.
