Can you actually get better deals on resale flats in Noida Extension compared to new projects? I'm looking at a 3BHK in Sector 24; owner wants ₹90L. Builders like Nitya Home Developers are quoting similar, but with hidden PLCs. Is there more negotiation room in secondary market deals, or am I missing something with new launches?
