My RT Nagar home search: negotiation confusion

Honestly not sure how I managed to get through this whole home buying process without losing my mind. Just moved into my 2BHK near RT Nagar last month, aur itna kuch seekha hai. I was looking at Keya Homes initially, but unki pricing mein negotiation bahut mushkil laga. Kya lagta hai, Bangalore mein builders se kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain? I felt like every builder had a 'no discount' policy, but then agents would hint otherwise. Also, those hidden charges at possession time? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa aur bhi itne saare fees, I was shocked. Broker ne bhi poora transparent nahi bataya. Should I have gone direct? What's your experience with brokers vs direct builder deals? Confused if I got the best deal ya nahi.
