Just moved into my RTM flat in Sector 150 last month, and honestly, I'm questioning my decision. Everyone says RTM is safer, no delays. But under-construction is still the play for real appreciation in Greater Noida. My neighbour bought UC near Jewar, same builder (Godrej), already seeing way better paper-profit than my 'safe' RTM. Is RTM truly the smart move? Change my mind.
