My S R Sukhavas investment thoughts — is the rental income real?

What's the realistic rental yield for a 2BHK in S R Sukhavas Residences, Mohali? I'm honestly fed up of renting, my landlord just hiked rent again, and I'm finally taking the plunge to buy. I've been eyeing S R Sukhavas, looks promising on paper for investment. But what's the ground reality for rental income there? Are people actually getting decent monthly returns, say 25-30k for a 2BHK? I'm also wondering about capital appreciation. Has the price moved much since launch, or is most of the upside already gone? Not sure if it's the right time to enter. And what about liquidity? Who will buy these units from an investor in 5-7 years? Any thoughts on the resale market for S R Sukhavas specifically?
