My Saket 3BHK hunt: Is investor ratio a problem?

Since last year, I'm fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent. Looking at DLF or Godrej 3BHKs in Saket. For end-use, which builder is better for quality, community? Investor ratios concern me.

Yaar, I feel you! Rent hikes are crazy. I'm also looking for a 3BHK in South Delhi and investor ratio is a huge worry for end-users like us. Saket toh prime location hai, but will it be a real home?
