My Salarpuria Sattva 'spot discount' surprise

Been looking for 8 months now, fed up of renting in Hyderabad. Salarpuria Sattva in Hayathnagar gave a 'spot discount' but then other charges popped up. Did anyone else find these builder 'discounts' are just a pricing trick?

Totally! These 'discounts' are just a way to lure you in. Phir hidden charges add kar dete hain. Happened to me with another builder in Attapur. It's so frustrating yaar.
