Sector 58 — SARE Homes project mein construction-linked payment plan ka issue ho raha hai. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits. Builder delay kar raha hai, but payment calls aa rahe hain. Is it smarter to push for down payment deals instead of CLP, especially remotely? Yaar, ROI ka tension ho raha hai. Anyone faced this with SARE Homes?

Haan bhai, faced this with another builder in Basai. They keep sending demands even if the work is stalled
