The promised amenities in Bengaluru projects are mostly eyewash, yaar. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Sattva City ka brochure dekha. Real mein construction quality kaisi hai, possession ke baad? Cracks, seepage toh nahi aate? Aur jo amenities dikhate hain, woh actually deliver hote hain kya? Kya community ka experience hai?

Yaar, Sattva City ka brochure toh bada attractive lag raha hai, especially woh rooftop infinity pool aur sports complex. But fir woh price range dekhta hoon ₹1.6 Cr – ₹3.6 Cr, toh darr lagta hai. First-time buyer hoon, aur itna paisa daal ke agar quality compromise ho gayi toh? Bengaluru mein aise cases bahut sune hain, amenities dikha ke bas fasa dete hain. Any real experiences, guys? Especially with the construction quality after possession, like the original post mentioned.
