Been thinking about Sattva Lake Ridge for months now. Fed up of renting, want to finally buy something. Investor perspective se dekh raha hoon. Kya lagta hai, iska investor ratio kitna hoga? Agar zyada investors hain, toh exit strategy mein problem toh nahi aayegi 5 saal baad? Resale market kitna liquid rahega?

Sattva Lake Ridge mein 897 units hain, yaar. Itna huge project hai, toh saturation ka darr toh lagta hai. Koi idea hai current per sqft rate kya chal raha hai wahan? Aur builder ka track record kaisa hai recent projects like Sattva Magnus ya Sattva Aeropolis mein? Possession delays ka issue toh nahi hoga?

I actually like Sattva projects. Location bhi achhi hai Lake Ridge ki, especially if you work around Gachibowli side. Thoda wait toh karna padega, but long term ke liye I think it's a good bet. Resale mein problem nahi aayegi agar location strong hai.
But 2028 tak toh market scenario pura change ho sakta hai. What if there's an oversupply by then?
Totally agree with U3! Location is key. Gachibowli-Kondapur stretch always performs well. Even with 897 units, if the demand from IT sector stays strong, liquidity should be fine. I've seen projects near Attapur also doing well despite high inventory.
Bhai, investor ratio ka toh pata nahi but upcoming projects mein hamesha risk rehta hai. Possession 2028 hai, kafi lamba wait hai. Market conditions tab tak kya honge, kaun jaanta hai? I'd be worried about the capital appreciation.
