Last year I thought Sattva Lake Ridge was a solid bet for rental yield. Post-possession, the snag list is growing. Walls pe hairline cracks, bathroom mein seepage after monsoon, fittings bhi loose ho gaye. Builder ka after-sales support wasn't good, just temporary fixes. Paying high maintenance charges but basic construction quality issues aren't resolved. This directly impacts tenant satisfaction and future resale. Meri ROI toh hit ho rahi hai. Has anyone else faced such persistent quality issues at Sattva Lake Ridge? How did you get proper resolution?

Bhai, thoda confusion ho raha hai. Sattva Lake Ridge toh abhi UPCOMING project hai, possession date 2028 dikha raha hai official documents mein. Aap post-possession issues kaise face kar rahe ho? Ya phir koi aur phase hai jiske baare mein humein nahi pata? Builders ki quality toh generally down jaa rahi hai, par yeh toh kuch zyada hi early issues lag rahe hain.
