Honestly, moving into Sattva Lake Ridge last month has been a mix of excitement and 'what just happened?'. Society maintenance charges yahan itne high hain, I was expecting top-notch service. But real-time mein, it's not always matching up. Like, power backup sirf common areas ke liye hai, flat mein nahi. Aur lift kabhi bhi stuck ho jaati hai, response time slow hai. My EMI is already high, aur upar se yeh ₹7000 ka maintenance bill aata hai every month. They charge so much for common area upkeep, par gardens mein proper care nahi dikhta.
