My Sattva Lake Ridge upgrade dilemma is stressing me out
Had almost decided on Sattva Lake Ridge for my upgrade, but now I'm seriously second-guessing. My current 2BHK in Gachibowli is fine, but for a 3BHK/villa, I need something reliable. Sattva ka track record Hyderabad mein kaisa hai, especially with delivery? I'm hearing mixed reviews about their previous projects getting delayed by 6 months to a year. I don't want to invest ₹1.5 Cr+ and then wait for years, EMI toh chalu ho jayegi aur possession ka pata nahi. What about the investor ratio here? Agar zyada investor ratio hai, toh baad mein rental yield aur resale value ka kya hoga? Will it become a ghost society? Not sure if the current price per sqft is justified if delivery is a big question mark. Any insights on their current construction pace ya builder ki reliability?

Totally understand your dilemma! Sattva ka naam toh suna hai, but delays ka issue is real in Hyderabad. My friend faced it with another builder in Gachibowli.
Haan sahi keh rahe ho. Especially for 'upcoming' projects like Lake Ridge, the 2028 possession date sounds very far, and usually they push it further. ₹1.5 Cr+ is a lot to risk for something still 'UPCOMING'.
