Is the security system at Satya Merano Greens actually reliable? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but investor-wise, security impacts tenant appeal and future resale. Is the CCTV and visitor management robust, or does it feel like a token gesture? Don't want future maintenance headaches.

Honestly, I think Satya Merano Greens is a good bet. The location is prime, and the price range of ₹2.0 Cr – ₹3.0 Cr for a 3BHK in that area is competitive. Security is a concern everywhere, but new projects usually have better tech. What about the total units, are they all sold out?

U1, I visited the site near Badshahpur a few months back. The CCTV setup looked decent, but visitor management was still a work in progress. It felt more like a future promise than a current reality. They mentioned a smart app, but who knows if it will be implemented well.
Exactly, U2! Mere ek friend ne wahan book kiya tha, abhi bhi wait kar raha hai. Security ke liye toh unhone sirf brochures mein bade-bade claims kiye hain. Actual site pe kya hai, pata nahi.
Bhai, Satya Merano Greens abhi tak possession bhi nahi diya hai properly, March 2023 ka promise tha. Security ki baat toh baad mein aati hai. Pehle construction quality dekho. RERA number GGM/480/212/2021/48 hai, but delays are common. Invest karne se pehle double check kar lo.
