My Savyasachi flat: Carpet area disappointment

Not proud of this but I almost got duped by the super area trap. Just moved into my Savyasachi flat in Sarhol, actual carpet area feels tiny. Kaise calculate karte hain yeh log? Does this affect future ROI in Gurgaon, ya sabka yahi haal hai?

Savyasachi? Unka track record toh pehle se hi thoda dodgy hai. Did you check the RERA carpet area vs what they promised in the brochure? Wohi asli proof hota hai. Kya RERA registration number mention tha agreement mein?

Oh bhai, same pinch! Builders ka yahi scam hai. Super area dikha ke carpet area mein haath tight kar dete hain. Sarhol mein Savyasachi toh kaafi hype mein tha, but yeh sunke darr lag raha hai.
