My SCC Blossom dilemma: Water and lift reality?

Builder marketing on water supply is usually a joke. I'm looking at SCC Blossom for my own buy, not for clients. They're promising 24/7 water but yaar, Ghaziabad mein tanker dependency kitni hoti hai? Tank capacity kitni hai actually? Aur elevators ka kya scene hai, maintenance time pe hota hai ya issues aate rehte hain? I know the builder games, but I need real user experiences here.
