Yaar, ye Shanti Apartment ka naam suna hai but kabhi deep dive nahi kiya. Older projects ka ROI ka point toh sahi hai, especially in prime Delhi. Lekin 95L se 1.4 Cr mein, budget thoda tight ho jaata hai. Kya ye location wise connectivity achi hai? Metro ya main roads se kitna door hai?
