Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Trying to find a good 3BHK for investment in Rajkot, maybe around Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. My budget is ₹90L tak, looking for real value. Kya lagta hai, abhi bhi Rajkot mein price correction zones hain jahaan underpriced assets mil sakte hain? Builders jaise Ansal API ya Madhav Group ke projects mein negotiation kitna possible hai? Remote buying mein kya extra hidden costs aate hain, especially with power of attorney?

Rajkot mein market abhi bhi thoda volatile hai, but value deals mil sakte hain agar thorough research karo. Kalawad Road aur 150 Feet Ring Road definitely hot spots hain, but that also means prices are higher. ₹90L tak mein 3BHK for investment is doable, but expect smaller carpet area or slightly away from prime spots. Remote buying mein sabse bada headache hai trust factor aur legal verification. Power of Attorney ke case mein toh double check karna padta hai, bohot fraud hote hain
