Sector 150 mein 3BHK hai, ₹1.2Cr se ₹2Cr ho gaya teen saal mein. Crazy appreciation. My holding period strategy says 5-7 years. But Jewar Airport ka impact abhi full nahi. Should I sell now ya aur wait karun for maximum gain? Kya yeh peak hai?
