Just moved into my Kutumbh Buildwell flat in Sector 25 YEIDA last month. Yaar, so many hidden charges after possession! Club membership, power backup... yeh sab pehle kyun nahi bataya? Anyone else got blindsided?

Haan bhai, same here! My builder in Alpha I Greater Noida did the same with maintenance charges. Total shock.
