Does anyone actually get a real discount from builders in Faridabad? I'm fed up of renting. Goyal Estate in Sector 35 gave me fixed prices. Negotiation is a myth; everyone just pays. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree yaar, same experience. Faridabad mein builders fixed rate pe hi chalte hain. Especially in prime sectors like 35, demand is too high for them to budge.
