Not gonna lie, I'm completely fed up with renting. Landlord ne fir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge, looking to buy in Faridabad. My budget is around ₹70-90L for a 2/3BHK. Sector 35 mein kuch options dekh raha hoon. Metro connectivity wahan se kaisi hai, especially for daily office commute to Delhi? Violet Line kitni paas hai, and last-mile connectivity ka kya scene hai? Auto easily mil jaate hain kya? Also, traffic ka kya haal hai peak hours mein? I've heard Badarpur Elevated Expressway se thoda relief mila hai, but ground reality kya hai? Kisi ko experience hai kya wahan rehne ka, especially around the main roads? Not sure if it's worth the price if commute is a nightmare. What do you guys think?

Bhai, same boat! Rent se toh tang aa gaya hoon. 70-90L budget mein Sector 35 achha option lag raha hai, especially if you get a 3BHK. Par metro connectivity ka point valid hai, I'm also worried about that daily grind. Tumne
