Builder's 'no negotiation' policy for my 3BHK upgrade in Sector 35 is frustrating. Goyal Estate Agency won't give spot discount on ₹1.2 Cr. Is this normal for Faridabad?

Totally relate! Builders in Faridabad, especially around Sector 35, have become so rigid. ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK, that too without any discount, sounds steep unless it's a very premium project. I almost finalized a flat near BPTP but backed out because they wouldn't budge on even 50k. Is this for their new project or an older one? Which specific project are you talking about?
