₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 38, signed the papers, now suddenly so many hidden costs. Builder ne bataya nahi OC charges, IFMS, PLC sab alag se lagenge. Matlab, brochure mein toh all-inclusive bola tha. Ab aur 2 lakh upar se maang rahe hain, itna extra kaise ho sakta hai? Fed up of renting, finally decided to buy, but yeh toh naya headache hai. Anyone else faced this with builders near Medanta? Kya karun, pay kar doon ya fight karun?

Oh no, bhai, this is so common! Builders always pull this stunt. 'All-inclusive' is just a marketing gimmick to lure first-time buyers. Sector 38 near Medanta is prime, but ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK is already on the higher side, especially if these charges are coming up later. Did you check the RERA registration for this project and the builder's past track record? This extra 2 lakh is probably for things that should have been transparent from day one. Don't just pay without questioning, you have rights!
