₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 38 felt high, considering I'm in a 2BHK nearby. My budget is around ₹2.5-3 Cr. We're looking at Sector 38 mostly for Medanta proximity, but also schools. DPS, Amity nearby hain, but is the quality worth the price jump? Not sure if these prices are justified ya phir negotiation space hai. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a stretch. What's the real scene there? Koi rehta hai toh batao, is the premium for location sahi hai?
