My Sector 39 2BHK upgrade confusion is real
Okay, I'll be honest — I'm completely confused about this whole upgrade plan. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 39, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in Greater Noida. My budget is around ₹1.5-2 Cr. With Jewar Airport and Film City coming up, sab bol rahe hain ki prices will shoot up. But kahaan? Which 3 areas in Greater Noida do you guys think will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? Noida Extension, Yamuna Expressway, ya Pari Chowk side? Aur under-construction lena worth it hai kya ab? Ready-to-move ka premium bahut zyada lag raha hai, but possession delays ka risk bhi toh hai UC mein. Builder jo price quote karte hain, usmein PLC, parking sab included hota hai ya alag se lagta hai? Kya lagta hai, is the price jump worth it for long-term?
