My Sector 4 possession: commute pain vs future potential
It's been almost four months since I got possession in Sector 4, Ghaziabad, and honestly, daily commute is a big deal. Red Line extension ka kaam toh chal raha hai, but abhi tak toh Vaishali station se cab lena padta hai. Traffic toh subah shaam bohot rehta hai, especially towards Delhi-Meerut Expressway, feels like a nightmare. Last-mile connectivity abhi bhi major pain point hai, isn't it? On one hand, I'm thinking about the future. Jab metro proper connect ho jayegi, prices aur badhenge. My 2BHK costed me around ₹65L, hoping for good ROI in 3-5 years. Ghaziabad mein infrastructure development toh ho raha hai. But sometimes lagta hai, is the current struggle worth it? What do you guys think, jo log yahan pehle se rehte hain? Is Sector 4 ka investment potential strong enough to overlook the current commute issues?
