Honestly, selling my older 3BHK in Sector 49 was more complex than anticipated. I thought with the New Chandigarh Master Plan and Mohali Airport expansion, buyers would line up, but the market seems a bit slow for resale properties right now, honestly. Is anyone else finding the resale market in Chandigarh tricky, especially for properties not in New Chandigarh or Aerocity? Kya aapko lagta hai ki holding period badhana padega for good ROI? I'm curious about others' experiences and strategies for selling old properties.

Sector 49 toh prime location hai, especially with all the development nearby. Are you sure your pricing wasn't a bit aggressive? Sometimes sellers expect too much from older properties, maybe that's why buyers are hesitant.
Haan bhai, same here. Sector 49 mein market thodi thandi lag rahi hai. I thought I was the only one facing this challenge. It’s making me nervous about my own plans to buy.
