My Sector 53 property dilemma: Worth the price?

Are Sector 53 property prices even justified anymore, ya bas hype hai? Brokers toh sirf base price batate hain, but maintenance charges aur RWA ka kya scene hai? Lagta hai bahut hidden costs hain. Kisi ka experience hai yahan? After paying so much, I don't want to get stuck with high monthly outflows and no services. Honestly not sure if it's worth it.
