My Sector 70A search: Any price correction hopes?

Kids moved out, selling our big house. Looking for a compact 2BHK in Gurgaon, Sector 70A. Need good society, low maintenance. Ganpati Builders' prices seem steep. Any chance for price correction or finding value?

70A mein price correction? Mushkil hai bhai. Demand bahut high hai us area mein, aur achhi societies ke rates toh rocket ki tarah upar jaa rahe hain.

High demand hai, agreed. But interest rates bhi badh rahe hain, aur thoda global slowdown ka bhi asar hai. Thoda pressure toh aayega market pe. Plus, election year bhi hai, maybe thoda slowdown dekhne ko mile?
