After almost 7 years of paying rent, I'm genuinely fed up. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK in Sector 76. The prices for M3M or Godrej projects seem insane. Matlab, are these prices actually justified, ya just hype? Everyone glorifies 76 ka potential, but nobody talks about daily traffic near SPR or water supply issues. Honestly, I heard some societies rely heavily on tankers. Is that true, or just gup-shup? Should I even consider this area? Change my mind.

Totally relate to the rent struggle. And yes, SPR traffic is a nightmare, especially near the cloverleaf. My colleague lives near Badshahpur and dreads the evening commute.
