₹1.8 Cr for my 3BHK in Sector 89-90 – thought I bagged a good deal last year. Possession March mein mila, abhi just shift kiya hai. Sab bol rahe the Dwarka Expressway completion se prices rocket ho jayenge, especially around here. Mera main reason for buying was iska connectivity potential, aur Global City ka bhi buzz tha. But abhi lag raha hai, is it really translating into quick appreciation? Yaar, traffic abhi bhi bohot hai, aur basic infra sometimes feels incomplete. Those who bought even earlier, did you see a major jump already? Not sure if I should wait for more appreciation or consider selling in a few years. Kya lagta hai, is the Dwarka Expressway impact actually visible on property values in sectors like 89-90? Or is it still mostly speculation?
