Did a site visit to SGP Antalya Heights Block G last week. Sales guys promised 24/7 full flat power backup, but my parents keep saying it's usually just common areas. Is it true for residents there? Also, how's the actual construction quality holding up after a year or two? Any seepage or major issues?

Bhai, your parents are absolutely right. These sales guys always over-promise. Full flat backup is a rarity unless it's a very high-end project. SGP
