Yaar, just saw an ad for Shiv N Sai Luxury Homes, 3BHK for ₹2.5 Cr. Brochure mein toh sab kuch dikha diya, rooftop pool, smart home features, gym! Looks amazing on paper. But real talk, kitna match karta hai yeh brochure vs actual delivery? Especially at this price point, does it even affect ROI ya tenant attraction for a first-time buyer like me?
