Yaar, same pinch! Whitefield mein rent dete dete thak gaya hoon. Shivajinagar mein secondary market kaafi high lag raha hai, correction ka chance toh lagta hai. But new projects mein CLP (Construction Linked Payment) aur upfront mein investor ko kya benefit? Meri toh phat rahi hai soch soch ke. Koi batao Shivajinagar mein kaunse builders sahi hain for 2BHK under 80L? Bohut nervous hoon.
