Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. We visited Signature Global Proxima. For empty nesters, are the green areas truly spacious and usable, or just for show? Is the clubhouse actually active, not a ghost facility? Want something genuinely manageable.

Totally agree with your point. Yeh builders hamesha brochures mein bade bade waade karte hain, but on ground sab different hota hai. My parents are also looking for something similar for their retirement, and we've seen so many projects where the 'clubhouse' is just a small room with a few dusty machines. For empty nesters, it's about peace and usable space
Bhai, Signature Global ka track record toh mixed hi raha hai. Especially amenities aur green spaces ke mamle mein, pictures mein kuch aur dikhate hain aur reality kuch aur hoti hai. Mere ek dost ne inka ek project liya tha Sector 81 mein, wahan bhi clubhouse bas naam ka hi hai. Empty nesters ke liye toh genuine space chahiye, sirf show-off nahi. Proxima mein units bhi bahut zyada hain (2192 total units), toh green area kitna bhi bada dikhayein, crowded hi lagega after possession.
